Our market research reports are available for ONLINE PURCHASE. You can order through our PayPal portal at any time. Simply select the links on the site. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use this. PayPal also lets you use a range of credit and debit cards to pay for your purchases without creating a PayPal account. Payment
Prices quoted are in £ Sterling and inclusive of any relevant delivery and VAT. You will receive an invoice with your order itemising this.

Delivery
Following receipt of payments reports will normally despatched within 3 working days and should reach you by Email in minimal time. Please ensure a valid Email address is supplied with your payment and that our despatch will not be sent to a Spam folder, or rejected. To assist, order despatch by Email will be sent from info@adimedical.co.uk. For delivery by mail, 7 - 10 working days should be allowed. If a report is unavailable for any reason, we will advise you of this and when delivery will be made.

Returns
We regret that we are unable to accept any electronically supplied products for return or credit under any circumstances. You may return any product supplied in the mail for a full refund within 14 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Your refund will include the full value of the order, including the cost of transportation from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.
By resaleable condition we mean the product has to be unused and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns, for example, if a product's box has been torn or damaged. Should any item be delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within two working days of reciept and we will rectify the situation.
Any product that is not fit for the purpose intended due to a manufacturer's defect will be replaced, or you will be offered a refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of the goods being returned from you to us. Please email us, or telephone at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve any issues speedily and satisfactorily.

Privacy
At ADI Medical UK we are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors and customers. Under no circumstances will our visitors or customers data including email addresses etc. be given to any third parties.
