Payment
Prices quoted are in £ Sterling and inclusive of delivery and VAT. You will receive an invoice with your delivery itemising this.

Delivery
Following receipt of payments items will be despatched within 2 working days and should reach you within 7 - 10 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of this and when delivery will be made.

Returns
You may return any product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Your refund will include the full value of the order, including the cost of transportation from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.
By resaleable condition we mean the product has to be unused and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns, for example, if a product's box has been torn or damaged. Should any item be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within two working days and we will rectify the situation.
Any product that is not fit for the purpose intended due to a manufacturer's defect will be replaced, or you will be offered a refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of the goods being returned from you to us. Please email us, or telephone at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve any issues speedily and satisfactorily.
